Jellysmack is opening up a new role to work alongside our Chief Operating Officer as an Operations Project Manager. This role is a unique opportunity to:

  • Dive into the Operations of Jellysmack, one of the fastest-growing tech companies in the Social Media landscape
  • Lead large-scale projects in an international environment (US and Europe)
  • Develop an expertise on social media that you can build on throughout your career

Your principal assignments will include:

  • Kick-start and manage key new projects for Jellysmack Creators by developing and owning the project roadmap, determining and measuring the right set of KPIs, and ensuring that we have the right skillset for each project
  • Ensuring that the process you develop are scalable and repeatable: Jellysmack is a hyper-growth environment
  • Excel in written and oral communication in a multidisciplinary and multi-cultural environment
  • Develop a deep content expertise to act as a sparring partner with Senior Leadership as we ideate new projects
  • Identify new business opportunities and implement them


  • Previous experience in a consulting role (2-4 years) in a top-tier consulting firm
  • Curious: while previous experience working on social media is not a requirement, genuine interest is a must. Don’t apply if you’re not an avid social media user!
  • Organized, hard-working with a strong work ethic
  • Analytics background: at ease working with a large set of Financial and Operational numbers (P&Ls, budgets, KPIs)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills: experience working across cultures and outside your area of expertise
  • Excellent level of English (both verbal and written)
