Operations Performance Manager (Creator Program) M/F (CDI)

Jellysmack is opening up a new role as a Operations Performance Manager. This role is a unique opportunity to:

Activities :

  • Propose business and operational objectives per cohort, align it with all stakeholders, and continously challenge it
  • Coordinate with Operational Excellence to define and steer operations objectives and with Finance for business objectives
  • Align incentives on objectives per cohort
  • Track performances vs. objectives, issue monthly reports, implement all relevant type of communication to steer performance, and industrialize with the tech team
  • Compute monthly and quarterly bonuses, industrialize it with the tech team, coordinate with finance, and coordinate with teams to communicate on bonuses


  • Previous experience in performance management and in setting objectives (1 to 3 years), ideally in a start-up
  • Interest and previous experience in both business and operational topics
  • Previous experience in incentives setting and management
  • Highly organized and autonomous 
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial, and highly motivated to work in a dynamic team and environment
  • Solid quantitative and analytical skills 
  • Interest for data & tech topics
  • Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Curious: while previous experience working on social media is not a requirement, genuine interest is a must. Don’t apply if you’re not an avid social media user!
