Success Manager Netherlands - Creator Program

Jellysmack is opening up a new role to work within the Partnership Success Team of the Creator Program in the Netherlands.

The role is a unique opportunity to:

  • Partner closely with some of the top digital creators in the industry, operating as the lead point of contact for Jellysmack’s new and current partners in the country
  • Establish processes and work strategically to facilitate and analyze the success of our creators
  • Perform all account management duties, including onboarding, reporting, and troubleshooting
  • Accelerate the growth and success of our partnerships by finding potential new opportunities

Your daily missions will include:

  • Contribute to new creators onboarding in the country program across multiple social channels
  • Regularly communicate with creators to report partnership performance, share content suggestions and discuss next steps
  • Communicate effectively with partners and internal teams to resolve short term issues and challenges
  • Gather feedback from creators and communicate them internally to improve processes
  • Analyze data to provide insights and custom programming strategies



  • 2-year experience in Key Account / Client relationship management. Also open to junior (>1 year of experience minimum) and more experienced profiles
  • Self-starter, have the ability to take on and learn from new challenges
  • Pragmatic and solution-oriented in order to generate creative solutions to obstacles that may arise
  • Attention to detail and well-organized
  • Passionate for social media, especially for YouTube content creators
  • Excellent Dutch and English speaking and writing skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and are comfortable and confident in creating social links with the various influencers/stakeholders in the entertainment industry
  • Ability to captivate and create strong long-lasting relationships
